Black Hole Commendations

How do we get the Black Hole Commendations? I've done the dailies several times and no Black Hole Drops, has this happened to anyone else?

It was my understanding that Blackhole commendations were only available from the from the new operations and maybe the weekly would reward one or two.

The heroic quest and the weekly both reward black hole commendations (all on corellia, of course).

They also drop in nightmare KP in chests after each boss, from chests in Denova, and from bosses in Denova. The other way to get them is by doing the weekly Rakghoul HM flashpoint quest (Kaon/Lost Island). I have 58 commendations as of Monday night without doing Hard Mode EC and by having 1 bugged chest in Story EC.

The above poster is absolutely correct just to out number by this time today when I went and did my dailies I had 60 comma so roughly in a week if you can clear story mode ec you can buy a chest piece.
