You would think that they would try to make this transition easy for guilds as there is already enough angst for each one moving to a new server. It is not like Bioware is doing these transfers for some altruistic reasons. They could see the numbers of subs leaving each month by people on dead servers.

I am sure most people would agree that customer service can be quite a thankless job but I really have to question their overall attitude and incompetence in dealing with people.

If a company does something because it will help improve the player experience they are evil because they're doing it to make money. If they don't do something to improve the player experience they're terrible because the players are the customers.

I agree it's pretty dumb that they aren't just granting the guild bank if you already had one just because you no longer meet the requirements. I'd keep at it and be sure to mention you're just trying to get a bank you've already acquired restored (worded that way). However, it seems a bit malcontent to be unhappy with them doing things for free to keep customers happy because they're "just doing it for money" but also being upset when they're not doing something to make customers happy.

Well I have to say I don't think the Count did anything wrong in his post except explain the problem and say how it made him feel without insulting anything besides saying "biodrones" to people he feels sticks up for BW no matter what.
Comes across as an annoying and stressful time, with little help from the start, sorry it happened that way but looks like there is a light at the end of the tunnel! Good luck with bank on new server

I got my bank tabs today! Going forward I do hope they try to clear some of the confusion and make it more user friendly.

Still waiting on paid character transfers...I know a lot of people rolled alts on higher population servers and now have them stranded after the free transfers.

Customer Service is a difficult job in general because you can't appease everyone. I've noticed in the past while dealing with different customer services it all depends on the person you talk to and how you as a customer respond. I was / am in the same position as Count, but I had to satisfy with not meeting the requirements and get a note on my account in the regards to eventually have my guildbank back once I meet the requirements. However, I think it should have been an extra notice that you'd require the same amount of players as it would when you create the guildbank.
