I'm still trying to process all of the 1.3 changes, but I feel confident in the threat buffs that I'm actually getting rid of Accuracy where I can in favor or more survivability stats.

I actually used Dakken's old focus tree and redone my skill tree with it as a guide and I'm doing a little better in PVP. On the other hand, I went to Ilum looking for datacrons the other day and got jumped by sith (open world) and I didn't fair too well. Couldn't find anyone to go back with me as I was out numbered a little bit. Do you guys switch your skill tree back and forth to play pve and pvp, or do you just leave it the same all the time? I would love to hear what works for you. Also would like to hear more detail about the survivability buffs.

I have kept the full defense tree and find it to have better overall survivability and threat. Plus the 4 armor stacks with a sweep is just awesome.

I hate the Guardian Slash change - it is either totally ineffective or I am not using it properly. Plus even when I do get it off on a mob with 5 stacks and has a few other mobs around the damage is a joke and the range at which it affects other mobs is too short imo.

Whats the going top pick for a hybrid spec?

I'm still waiting on the experts for the hybrid spec. I just went to the focus tree simply because I do PVP. I would like to know your defense tree, because if I start doing HMs, etc. I am going to have to tank and my skill tree is not good for a tank. I do love the 2.5k damage from the sweep, but I usually get killed before I can get all the singularity stacks in. Even at 2.5k, it only takes about half the life off those sith.

Ok, it may just be me and you keeping the discussion going, but I would love to see that defense tree after 1.3. I know I ain't contributing much, but I guarantee I will try you tree in any tank job I'm asked to fill.
